The company was founded by Dustin Lounsbury a University of Washington graduate. Mr. Lounsbury studied both finance and management when earning his bachelors degree in business. He has been working in the construction and home maintenance industry for most of his adult life. He also played college baseball and currently still plays in a independent baseball league based out of Kitsap County. He is natural born leader and loves everyday challenges. The decision to start a company in the home improvement field was not a coincidence. The trade of construction and home improvement runs within the Lounsbury Family. Both his father and brother work in the construction field and both his mother and sister work in the residential house cleaning field. The company Norwest Home Improvements LLC was created due to the demand for quality home improvement workers and to provide jobs within the local community.
